Our Shipping Information

We ship to the continental US only, with the exception of FL, AL, and HI (If you are looking for FL shipping, please email us).

For all things living we ship Monday-Wednesday.
For dry goods and other items they will be shipped out Monday-Friday.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of ordering. If live creatures are ordered on Wednesday-Sunday they will go out the following week weather dependent.

LAG applies to UPS 2nd day air or UPS overnight shipping only. All packages are shipped using temperature control packaging. We will not ship if expected temperature is above 85F or below 30F.
Individuals must contact seller (via email or Facebook Messenger) within 2 hours of package arrival and provide quality video and clear picture evidence of any issues. We are not responsible for damage caused by UPS, buyer must file a claim through UPS. In the event of delays in transit each situation will be handled on a case by case basis.
If other shipping arrangements or timelines need to be worked out each request will be handled on a case by case basis and LAG will be discussed.
